Gianduia Cake Gluten Free!

This is a super versatile chocolate cake especially if you like to make multi-layer cake or you want to try crazy frosting. This is a cake that you want to serve with a big glass of milk!



You’ll need:

·      100 g of butter
·      200 g of sugar
·      4 yokes
·      Half a teaspoon of baking powder          
·      100 g of potato flour
·      100 g of cocoa powder 
·      4 whipped egg white
                                   
Pre-heat the oven at 180 °C.

Mix the melted butter and the sugar in a mixing bowl. Add the yokes to the bowl. In another mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (potato flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl. Whipped the egg white and add them to the bowl. 

Bake it for about 30 minutes.
You can serve it with a chocolate glaze or with regular powder sugar.
